Web Camera Cycler

This project cycles through various public access web cameras and displays the live video feed on a small screen. The concept is similar to a live picture frame, built to show meaningful places. 

Learning Objectives:

I wanted to learn the basics of webpage development, so the screen output is a simple HTML webpage containing a <video> or <iFrame> element depending on the video streaming filetype. The languages used in this project.
